من جوه الأبلكيشن

1. افتح ألعاب الشلة وادخل تاب «حسابي» اللي تحت.
2. انزل لـ «إعدادات الحساب» واضغط «امسح حسابي».
3. أكّد بـ «أيوه، امسح حسابي».

من غير الأبلكيشن (من أي متصفح)

1. افتح elshella.cantaloupepro.com.
2. سجّل دخول بنفس حساب جوجل أو أبل اللي كنت داخل بيه.
3. من «حسابي» ← «إعدادات الحساب» ← «امسح حسابي».

ولو مش عارف تدخل، ابعتلنا على contact@cantaloupepro.com بعنوان «امسح حسابي»، واكتب اسمك في اللعبة وكود الصحاب لو تعرفه. هنمسحه في خلال 7 أيام ونرد عليك.

إيه اللي بيتمسح

• حسابك: معرّف جوجل أو أبل، واسم العرض، والشخصية، وكود الصحاب.
• صحابك، وطلبات الصداقة، والناس اللي عاملهم بلوك، واللي عاملينك بلوك.
• الدعاوي اللي بعتها أو وصلتك، والبلاغات اللي بعتها عن حد.
• آخر مرة كنت أونلاين واللعبة اللي كنت بتلعبها.

إيه اللي ممكن يفضل

• البلاغات اللي ناس تانية بعتوها عنك: بنحتفظ بيها لحد 90 يوم بس عشان نراجعها ونحافظ على أمان اللعبة، ومن غير ما تبقى مربوطة بحسابك.
• الإحصائيات من غير هوية (عدد الجيمات ومدتها ونوع الجهاز): دي أصلًا مش مربوطة بيك ولا بحسابك.
• اللي على موبايلك (أسامي اللاعبين والإعدادات): بتتمسح لما تمسح الأبلكيشن أو بيانات الموقع من المتصفح.

Delete your El Shella Games account

El Shella Games (ألعاب الشلة) · by Cantaloupe Production

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open El Shella Games and go to the Account tab at the bottom.
2. Scroll to Account settings and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app (any browser)

1. Open elshella.cantaloupepro.com.
2. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used.
3. Go to Account → Account settings → Delete my account.

If you can't sign in, email contact@cantaloupepro.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your in-game name and friend code if you have it. We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to you.

What is deleted

• Your account: Google or Apple identifier, display name, character and friend code.
• Your friends, friend requests and blocks (by you and of you).
• Invites you sent or received, and reports you sent.
• Your last-online time and current game.

What may be kept

• Reports other players sent about you: kept for up to 90 days for safety review only, no longer linked to an account.
• Anonymous usage statistics (number and length of games, device type): never linked to you or your account.
• Data on your device (player names, settings): removed when you uninstall the app or clear the site's data.
